Steps:

1.Once you select a program, we suggest that you book, as soon as possible, to secure your space.

2. We require a deposit of 50% of the program fee, along with your registration form in order to confirm your booking. Telephone bookings require a deposit by credit card or personal cheque.

3. After you receive our confirmation we ask that you send us full payment no later than 8 weeks prior to the program starting date.

4. If full payment is not received 10 weeks prior to the starting date of your program with Whitecap Alpine, we reserve the right to forfeit your full deposit and sell your spot to the next person on the waiting list.

Before departing for lodge, all guests of Whitecap Alpine will be asked to read and sign the RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.
